I quickly emailed back explaining that I wanted my entire order canceled also that I wanted a confirmation email stating that my order was canceled and that my full refund was on my card. I replied twice with that email. I never received a reply email. i also tried calling and never got through. All I want is my money back.Business Response04/09/2021Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We take all corrective feedback seriously and appreciate you taking the time to inform us of your dissatisfaction. You explained your complaint very thoroughly, which is extremely helpful in understanding the situation from your perspective and helps us identify an opportunity in our current process. We agree that it is disappointing to be informed that the main item you had purchased was no longer available. We notified you of this on Thursday, April 1st after 5pm. I see that you responded within an hour that you would like to have your entire order canceled. Another email was received from you the following morning to reiterate your order cancellation. On Saturday, April 3rd, you received an email confirming that we were processing your cancellation, however, one of the products on your order had already shipped. On Monday, April 5th we provided you an email that the Key to Life product had indeed shipped, but we would in fact be refunding the entire amount ($392.20) back to your original form of payment, and you can keep the Key to Life – Key to Silica 2 gal at no charge due to the inconvenience you experienced.Your ‘desired settlement’ was to receive a refund, and we hope we have successfully met your expectations on the resolution of this matter.Thank you again for the opportunity to make amends for your dissatisfaction. We hope this resolves the current situation and that we continue to earn your business in the future.Anonymous complaint:Delivery Issues02/13/2021I ordered a Phillips cmh bulb on 01/26 and it still has not been sent out to me after being told twice it would be. There was a message on their website stating that some lead times are 14 days. On 02/11 I called their customer service and spoke with a employee who said they “had no idea why it hasnt shipped out because we have a bunch in the warehouse. I will talk to that department and have it sent 2 day shipping so you will get it this weekend and email you back later today.” I never received any email from Growershouse so the next day (02/12) I called customer service again. I waited on the phone for 15+ minutes and was told I was number 1 in line when it was my turn I got a automated recording saying to leave my name and phone number and someone would call me back. I then wrote them a email. I also used their chat on their website. I explained the situation and a employee named Ben wrote me back and sent a photo showing me that my order is fulfilled, they had 205 in stock, and he said “it will be shipped from our main warehouse via Fedex 2day shipping and we should have a tracking number tonight.” It is now 02/13 and I have not got a tracking…

Growers House . com SUCKS dont use!!! We want to preface this by saying that we understand the customer’s feelings and emotions in regard to this transaction. We’d like to respond to this thread as it represents information that we think needs clarification in regard to our efforts to resolve issues and live up to standards we present to our customers: We state that we ship most orders in 2 to 3 business days, although it’s usually quicker. In this case the customer ordered on the 11th (Saturday) and we shipped out their entire order less one item on the 14th (Tuesday–2 business days). The last item arrived a day late at our warehouse due to shipping delays and we shipped it out on the 15th (Wednesday–3 business days). Customer lives on the east coast, and selected Ground Shipping, while we’re in Arizona, which is 5 business days from their location. Secondly, we spoke with the customer about the duplicate transaction they saw on their account. We checked our system, but even after talking to our gateway merchant professional, they stated that there was no duplicate transaction and that it must be a problem with the card issuers bank (email message below in quotes, which was forwarded to said customer). Our guess was that the customer’s bank registered a credit card authorization and the credit card sale as different transactions. I told the customer we’d be happy to speak with their bank to clear up any issues if that in fact was the problem, but they declined. Had it been our fault, we would have accepted full responsibility for any charges the customer would have incurred due to our failure. We encourage the customer to allow us to contact their bank to assure that the overdraft fee is reversed due to the bank’s error. “XXXX, Per our conversation, the transaction for XXXXXXXX was only processed once. I am not able to locate two transactions for this customer. There is a discrepancy with her bank and amount of authorizations that were released but that does not mean we charged her twice. There was only one transaction that was authorized and released to Authorize.net for funding. Your customer will need to call the card issuing bank and have those funds released that are still in a pending state. Please let me know if this helps.
